Policy Overview
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website (“the Site”) to do the same. This policy outlines the steps for submitting claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we will respond.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification to our designated agent. To be effective, your notification must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Site (for example, the exact URL).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information you have provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are either the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Send your notification to our agent at:
Email: [@apkblast.net]
Counter-Notification by Users
If you receive a removal notice from us based on a DMCA report, and you believe the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the user whose content was removed.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email), and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, that you will accept service of process from the claimant).
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against you.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
Note: This policy is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. You should consult with a qualified attorney to ensure full compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
